• Location: North (Kranji)
• Working days: 5 per week
• Working hours: Office Hours
• Basic up to $4,000

Job scope :

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and offboarding.
• Handle payroll preparation, leave administration, attendance, and employee records.
• Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files.
• Support compensation and benefits administration.
• Liaise with government agencies and external vendors on HR-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
