Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full scope of QS duties including but not limited to material take-off and variations.
- To check and review all specifications and technical requirements from tender documents.
- Identify potential contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies during the tender phase. Inform and assist team for cost estimate of additional works.
- Lead the measurement take-off process and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Call for quotations, evaluate subcontractor bids, and formulate competitive tender pricing.
- Prepare for quotation & tender including quantity take-off for mechanical works.
- Manage project budget and costing.
- Maintain good rapport with subcontractors.
- Evaluate and certify sub-contractors progress payment.
- Any other task as assigned by Manager and Director
