Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Manage and maintain the company's social media channels and e-commerce platforms, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging digital content, including social media posts, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports.

• Conduct market and competitor research.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing activities.

• Assist in organizing events, promotions, and product launches.

• Support the management of online product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates across e-commerce platforms.

• Respond to customer enquiries and feedback on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Must have experience in social media platforms and digital marketing.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• A good team player.
