Full Time Operations Executive Jobs, salary up to SGD 2,500 in RN CARE PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, process improvement, and workstation setup.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues to minimise operational downtime.
• Oversee operational expenses, track spending against budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Consolidate invoices for the finance team monthly.
• Manage procurement of software, hardware, and subscriptions, including software license management and renewals, ensuring value for money and timely fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate the responsible disposal of obsolete or unwanted equipment.
• Ensure a safe and functional work environment through office maintenance, renovations,and network management.
• Address and troubleshoot electrical issues for business continuity during outages.
• Maintain vendor relationships for favourable pricing and services.

Requirements

• Education in Operations Management or a related field.
• 1–3years of experience in an operations, admin, or generalist role.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too! Please note that you will be considered fora junior role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, and network).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
