Job Summary

Lead the setup and management of a new Facilities Management department focused on building and M&E services maintenance, ensuring effective coordination with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver timely repair and maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and organize a new Facilities Management department for building and M&E maintenance services

• Communicate proactively with clients to identify and resolve rectification issues efficiently

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for repair, additional, and alteration works to support budgeting and approvals

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities

• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to arrange and oversee repair and additional work, ensuring quality and compliance
• Minimum qualification
• Degree/ Diploma in Facilities management
• Minimum 2 year experience in Facilities management
