Digital Marketing & Performance Manager (Remote)
We are a growing Singapore-based facilities management and home services company looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Performance Manager to drive lead generation and brand growth. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads (SEM) campaigns.
Manage Meta Ads and other paid advertising channels.
Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Create and optimize landing pages for higher conversions.
Coordinate with our SEO agency and ensure agreed KPIs are achieved.
Review SEO reports and monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance.
Develop brand awareness campaigns and social media strategies.
Coordinate website updates and marketing content.
Track performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.
Prepare monthly reports with recommendations to improve ROI.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
Strong Google Ads experience.
Experience working with SEO agencies.
Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
Meta Ads experience is an advantage.
Good communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
