Key Responsibilities


Set up and dismantle desktop computers, monitors, TV displays, and related IT equipment
Disconnect existing workstations and reconnect them at the new office location
Configure laptops and peripheral devices
Install and set up printers, meeting room AV equipment, and Wi-Fi connectivity
Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, printer, and network connectivity problems
Manage cabling and perform workstation testing to ensure all equipment functions properly
Coordinate and liaise with external vendors throughout the office relocation process
Handle IT asset tagging and maintain accurate inventory records
Provide on-site user support during the initial weeks following the office move
Assist with general IT support and helpdesk duties as required




Requirements


Minimum ITE qualification in IT or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
Proven Level 1 IT Support experience in a desktop/helpdesk support environment
Hands-on experience with:

Laptop and desktop setup/configuration
Printer installation and troubleshooting
Hardware installation and desktop dismantling/reassembly
Basic network and Wi-Fi setup


Able to troubleshoot common end-user issues independently
Willing to provide physical support for equipment relocation and setup

Duration: 17th August - 30th September (1.5 Months)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Office relocation project from Guoco Tower to Bugis
