The aerospace defense communication team is looking for a senior engineer / GTM / product management lead for signal monitoring, direction finding, and the FieldFox program. 

You'll interface with manycross-functional partners from R&D, product management, worldwide sales,

and global/regional marketing, our team is across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who likes working in signal intelligence, the RF/MW field test, and the direction-finding area.

Responsibilities

• Provide business development and application support for signal monitoring hardware and software (KSMS), FieldFox RF/MW analyzer, and direction-finding applications.
• As an applications specialist to support various business opportunities in ADGS, especially insignal intelligence, electronic intelligence, drone detection, GNSS resilience, and AI/ML waveform classification
• Working with the global sales team to identify leads, meet with customers, structure solutions, track opportunity progress, and help the sales team to close the business.

Required qualifications:

• Electric and electronic engineering degree
• This is a senior position; you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in some of the following spaces: spectrum monitoring, spectrum management, direction finding, electronic warfare, public safety communication, GNSS, and satellite communication.
• Deep application knowledge in one or more of the following areas: RF/MW, spectrum analysis, RF signal generation, signal monitoring, software-defined radio technologies, RADAR
• Experience managing strategic and large accounts
• Able to travel > 30%

Desired qualifications

• Full stack spectrum management experience from physical layer /RF to demodulation and protocol layers (4G (LTE), 5G NR, WiFi, public safety radio, satellite communications, GNSS, etc.)
• Networking technologies: TCP/IP, routing, software-defined networking, VPN, WAN over cellular, etc.
