Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Logistics Specialist to manage daily delivery operations, coordinate drivers, and ensure timely order fulfilment. This role combines logistics administration, driver management, and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily orders and delivery schedules.
• Track, control, and supervise drivers' daily activities and performance.
• Perform administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and order tracking using Microsoft Excel.
• Allocate delivery jobs and monitor order completion.
• Ensure accurate documentation of delivery orders, invoices, and proof of delivery.
• Deliver goods to commercial, industrial, retail, and residential locations when required.
• Assist with loading, unloading, picking, packing, palletizing and delivery of goods.
• Conduct vehicle checks and ensure proper vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
• Liaise with customers, warehouse staff, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with minimum of 5 years driving experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet coordination, or delivery operations preferred.
• Ability to manage drivers and coordinate multiple daily orders.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and expressways is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
