Job Description:

• Develop Instrumentation and Control (I&C) deliverables: datasheets, drawings,documentation.
• Ensure I&C projects meet the specifications, budget, relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in understanding and implementing the technical specifications to the project deliverables.
• Involve in HAZOP, SIL, technical reviews and clarifications with stakeholders.
• Formulate RFQs, evaluate bids and recommend vendors/suppliers of I&C Systems.
• Responsible for I&C change orders and meeting the delivery lead time and stakeholder expectation.
• Participate in Inspection and Field Acceptance Test for PLC/HMI panels, Instruments etc.
• Cooperate with process, mechanical, electrical, piping disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide technical support and advice during the construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Support tender preparation and cost estimation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in I&C design, preferably in water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Knowledge of instrumentation devices such as sensors, transmitters, actuators, control valves, and flow meters.
• Know-how of installation of instruments.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ready to travel overseas at short notice.
