Tonasco Hiring! Full Time Operations - Supply Chain Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain to support our Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Production Operations. This role is responsible for coordinating customer orders, production planning, procurement, logistics, and customer communication to ensure on-time delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1.    Customer Order Fulfilment

• Process customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, Sales Orders, and delivery arrangements.

• Maintain accurate Sales Orders, delivery schedules, shipment records, and order tracking in the ERP/MRP system.

• Monitor order status and ensure timely updates in the system.

• Process Customer Call-Offs and create Job Releases in the ERP system.

• Monitor contract balances and customer forecasts, providing regular updates and reminders.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

• Monitor production progress, material availability, and supplier deliveries.

• Coordinate shipment arrangements and resolve delivery issues promptly.

2.    Customer Communication

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and shipment schedules.

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer issues.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

3.    Operations Support

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Assist in monitoring operational performance and identifying process improvement opportunities.

• Ensure operational data is accurate and up to date in the ERP/MRP system.

• Support cross-functional collaboration to achieve business and customer delivery objectives.

Requirements:

1.    Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

2.    Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience in Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales Administration, or Order Management.

3.    Experience in a manufacturing environment and ERP system will be an added advantage.

4.    Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

5.    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

6.    Responsible, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
