Working Location : Selangor
1) HR & Recruitment
Manage HR and administrative tasks including recruitment and employee administration.
Handle recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
Support onboarding process including preparation of offer letters, updating employee records, and maintaining HR documentation.
Handle employee enquiries and provide administrative support on HR matters.
2) Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Assist in processing monthly payroll and ensure payroll-related records and reports are properly maintained.
Ensure statutory compliance, including preparation and submission of relevant payroll and HR documents.
Handle statutory compliance in Malaysia, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
3) KPI & Performance Management
Assist in preparing HR reports such as performance review summaries, bonus or incentive analysis reports, and other HR metrics.
Support performance review processes including drafting review letters, promotion letters, and contract renewal letters.
4) Training & Development
Coordinate and assist with employee training programs, including applying for HRDF or other training-related submissions.
5) Company Culture & Events Support
Provide administrative support for internal events, meetings, and company culture activities.
Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements such as transportation, accommodation, and other related bookings for company trips or events.
6) Business License
Prepare, renew, and maintain company business licenses (e.g., MPK) as required.
Coordinate with relevant government departments and authorities to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
7) Ad-hoc Tasks
Perform other ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks assigned by the department.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
At least 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll (or relevant internship experience for fresh graduates).
Basic knowledge of payroll processes and statutory requirements; experience using SQL payroll systems is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
