Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

• Establish, maintain, and update the data center asset ledger.
• Regularly reconcile the asset ledger with financial records in accordance with company accounting policies.
• Ensure physical and recorded assets are consistent through regular inventory audits.
• Develop and implement physical asset management processes to ensure asset security, completeness, and efficient utilization.
• Ensure asset inbound/outbound work orders meet SLA service targets.
• Manage the full lifecycle of equipment, including signing additional maintenance contracts after warranty expiration, handling equipment decommissioning after 4–5 years of depreciation, and overseeing RMA (return/repair management) processes.
• Support delivery-related operations by collaborating with system integrators, data centers, and warehouses, while coordinating communication between logistics providers and suppliers.
• Work closely with data center operations, engineering, network, security, and platform teams to implement changes, maintain accurate asset data, report asset incidents, and analyze discrepancies between physical assets, system records, and financial records.
• Serve as the escalation point for supply chain operations-related issues.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure asset management operations comply with occupational health, legal, and corporate integrity policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and related materials.

Optimization and Improvement:

• Develop and update asset management policies, operating manuals, and emergency response procedures.
• Regularly compile and analyze asset management data to identify and report potential issues and risks.

Technical Support:

• Understand business requirements and collaborate effectively with the team to support data center asset operations.
• Develop warehouse location management plans and implement inventory control strategies for equipment and
• spare parts, including minimum and maximum stock levels.

Team Management:

• Oversee the asset operations team, including performance evaluations, talent development, and skills training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate asset management, with familiarity in warehousing and supply chain management
• Team management and leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team to complete assigned tasks
• Great communication and coordination skills; Ability to train internal and external personnel on asset management
• Experience participating in multiple enterprise-level asset audits. A high sense of responsibility and a meticulous work style, with close attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
• A good team player, able to work closely with team members to achieve common goals
• 5+ years of work experience with Supply Chain Management
