Key Responsibilities:

Order & Shipment Coordination

• Process and manage daily e-commerce orders via warehouse systems (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments, including KOL packages, Shopee return lists, and parcels for live hosts.

Warehouse System & Inventory Management

• Create and maintain SKU records, including New SKUs and Bundle SKUs, in the warehouse system.

• Perform stock-in activities and ensure inventory accuracy within the system.

• Investigate system updates and identify improvements or issues for resolution.

Communication & Troubleshooting

• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Indonesia and China teams) and warehouse staff to resolve order or stock discrepancies.

• Handle system-related inquiries from brand leaders and teammates regarding stock levels, order tracking, and product data.

Administrative Support

• Maintain updated KOL payment and refund lists in collaboration with the MVR and internal finance teams.

• Coordinate replenishment of sample products and new SKUs from the warehouse to the office.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations or warehouse system management is preferred.

• Proficiency in warehouse management and familiar with e-commerce platforms.

• Proficiency in using Excel (Eg: Vlookup, Pivot)

• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.

• Multi-lingual communication skills will be an added advantage.
