• Support the day-to-day operations of multiple veterinary clinics.

• Ensure SOP compliance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

• Monitor clinic KPIs, sales performance, inventory, and service quality.

• Work closely with clinic teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Coordinate manpower planning and support staff onboarding and training.

• Conduct inventory checks, operational audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and veterinary regulations.

• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalated customer concerns.

• Support new clinic openings, integrations, and cross-functional projects.

• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare, or a related field.

• Candidates with SPM and at least 5 years of experience managing chain store operations are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in operations, retail, healthcare, or multi-branch environments is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and willing to learn new digital and AI tools.

• Willing to travel between clinics and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Lead and manage the operations and performance of multiple veterinary clinics.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor clinic KPIs, financial performance, sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve business and performance goals.

• Ensure excellent customer experience by overseeing service standards and resolving escalated issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, veterinary regulations, and safety standards through regular audits and operational reviews.

• Oversee inventory management, procurement planning, and resource allocation across clinics.

• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Veterinary teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

• Lead operational projects, new clinic openings, integrations, and business expansion initiatives.

• Act as the key escalation point during operational emergencies and ensure business continuity.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably managing multi-branch operations in healthcare, retail, or service industries.

• Proven experience leading teams, driving operational performance, and managing financial results.

• Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems; familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.

• Willing to travel frequently between clinics and provide operational support when required.

• Able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
