The role oversees shipment planning, transportation coordination, container bookings, shipping documentation, and Customs clearance processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. The incumbent will work closely with internal departments, transporters, shipping agents, and government authorities to support smooth logistics operations and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with Marketing Department / transporters to schedule and arrange shipment to meet shipment date;

• Responsible in planning and monitoring to ensure timely departure and arrival of shipment;

• To arrange/ booking container and related shipping document;

• To arrange/ booking local transport shipment and related shipping document;

• To prepare documentation for Customs;

• To perform any other duties as required by Management.

• To attend Customs queries if any.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.

• Preferably at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Logistic/Shipping;

• Must be able to work independently and low supervision;

• Good communication skills

• Computer literate, self-motivated, and with high degree of responsibilities

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous in supporting job responsibilities.

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

• Able to handle any government license / certificate application / renewal / registration and maintenance for all branches. (Included LMW, MPSP, MPPP, Police license, SMK Direct Use – Penang /Kulim and etc.); will be an added advantage.
