Responsibilities
What you'll do
Lead daily NOC operations: monitoring, incident handling, ticketing, and escalation.
Supervise and mentor NOC analysts/engineers, driving accountability and performance.
Ensure SLAs are met across uptime, response, and resolution metrics.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents.
Develop and enforce SOPs, checklists, and operational standards.
Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to provide incident reports and root cause analysis.
Drive process improvement, automation, and monitoring tool optimization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Project Delivery, EMC) to ensure operational alignment.
Support client audits and compliance requirements (ITIL, ISO, PCI- DSS, IEC62443).
Prepare for transition into the NOC Manager role, building succession and scalability plans.

What We’re Looking For
2-3 years of experience in Network Operations, IT Operations, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.).
Strong understanding of ITSM framework and network infrastructure.
Proven experience in incident management and escalation handling.
People leadership or team supervision experience strongly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
