Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Value-Driven Outcomes (VDO) procedures and Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs).
Maintain and update monthly reporting templates to support the monitoring of key clinical performance indicators.
Responsible for the collection, validation, and analysis of clinical data to support quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely reporting of project progress and outcomes.
Support managers in planning, coordinating, and facilitating regular engagement sessions with doctors and clinical departments.
Involve in preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and project documentation.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and ensure successful implementation of clinical services development projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Health Sciences, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, project coordination, quality improvement, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Detailed-orientated and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
