Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Review spending plans and headcount requirements, validate budget assumptions, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Identify spending trends, risks, and opportunities, and support cost efficiency and productivity initiatives.
• Develop financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, investment appraisals, and strategic project evaluations.
• Support ERP, digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR and department leaders on headcount planning and workforce management.
• Monitor headcount movements, evaluate hiring requests, and analyze labor cost and productivity trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and budget governance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and promote financial discipline, transparency, and accountability across the functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 8-12 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Management Reporting, or Financial Controlling.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or senior business partnering role.
• Experience in listed companies, multinational corporations, or large manufacturing organizations is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan, Tableau, or other FP&A systems is an advantage.
• Experience leading cost optimization initiatives and exposure to CAPEX evaluation and project analysis are highly desirable.
• Frequent travel to China is required.
