Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client base, increase AUM and drive company revenue growth.
- Liaise with investment banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable business terms and explore competitive financial products in the market for high-net-worth clients.
- Ensure business operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal risk control policies.
Requirements:
- Registered as an SFC Type 1, 4 and 9 Representative. Registered Responsible Officer (RO) are highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in private banking or securities firms, including at least 3-5 years in a sales management role.
- Familiar with various investment products, especially stocks, US stocks, derivatives products and bonds.
- Exceptional internal and external communication and business negotiation skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
