Responsibilities:
Assist in the leasing and tenancy management of the Group’s property portfolio.
Support business network development and maintain professional relationships with landlords, corporate clients, property agencies, and business partners.
Liaise with property developers and owners in identifying and securing suitable premises.
Participate in contract administration and budget management for shop rentals.
Conduct site analysis, market research, and assist in evaluating the performance of existing and potential premises for lease renewals and new lettings.
Handle leasing administrative duties, including reviewing tenancy agreements and preparing outgoing correspondence in compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Requirements:
University graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with property developers, estate agents, or related sectors.
Experience in managing a portfolio of chain stores, preferably within the hospitality or retail industry, is a strong advantage.
Good commercial acumen, market awareness, and established landlord networks are preferred.
Able to work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
