The Role

VP/ED/MD, Relationship Manager, Global Coverage Centre

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain good relationship with potential and existing clients in designated cities in mainland China and Hong Kong;
• Explore new projects such as Private Equity, IPO, Equity Underwriting, Bond Issuance, Merges and Acquisitions, etc.;
• Cooperate with internal departments to promote the business and assist clients in formulating capital-raising plans;
• Work closely with BOC branches and subsidiaries of the BOC group to carry out various projects. e.g., promote cross-border collaboration between investment banking and commercial banking business;
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors from time to time.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• At least 2 years of full-time overseas working experience and more than 10 years of relevant working experience in Investment Banking or Financial Industry;
• Candidate with over 2 years of working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Abundant network resources, excellent skills in developing and maintaining client relationships;
• Good understanding of Hong Kong Capital Market products;
• Able to travel frequently and adapt to the high-intensity workload of Investment Banking;
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, with a good command of written and spoken English.
