Client Service Executive, Broker Support- Reinsurance

What the day will look like
- Perform daily accounting operation in account payable and receivable function
- Handle invoice payments, receipts, and reconciliation of accounts with client & reinsurers
- Investigate if any discrepancies within the reconciliation and follow up with respective units
- Liaise with client manager to understand client’s needs and resolve accounting issues
- Participate in UAT for system projects in relating to system enhancement if required
- Assist managers on reporting and other ad-hoc tasks.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Graduate with Accounting/ Finance/ Business degree.
- At least 2-3 years relevant Accounting experience in reinsurance/ insurance sector preferred.
- Strong technical skills in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Good analytical skill and problem-solving skill.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Detailed minded, proactive, accurate and meticulous.
- Mature, independent, self-starter.
