Drive the way safety intelligence is understood and applied across Cathay. This role brings together safety, security, quality, and business resilience data, transforming it into structured insights that support governance, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Working across multiple data sources and stakeholder groups, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of safety-related data — from collection and validation to analysis, visualisation, and reporting. You will contribute to the development of analytical tools and data platforms, using technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Power Query, Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio, and Qlik Sense to enhance how information is accessed and used. The work combines technical depth with cross-functional collaboration, ensuring data is accurate, interoperable, and meaningful.
You will also play a key role in strengthening safety programmes and governance through reporting, audits, and improvement initiatives, while stepping in for leadership when required. The impact is tangible: clearer insights, stronger safety outcomes, and a more resilient operation — helping move people forward in life through safer journeys.
