LU TANG LAI ARCHITECTS LTD invites applications for immediate vacancies from high-calibre candidates for the following position to lead in prestigious residential projects:

ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

Ÿ Registered Architect (HKIA) with min 2 years’ post qualification experience (for the post of Architect). Candidate with less experience will be considered as Architectural Assistant

Ÿ Well-versed with local building regulations, preparation of general building plans and construction drawings

Ÿ Proficient in contract administration and production of construction drawings

Ÿ Work with the team for other ad hoc assignments

Ÿ Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other graphic presentation software

Ÿ Computer skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up, Illustrator, InDesign
