Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on job status updates, scheduling, and basic enquiries
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records
• Liaise with internal warehouse and operations teams to facilitate timely execution of jobs
• Monitor and manage job requests received via email from customers and internal stakeholders
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the Warehouse CS team
• Perform basic job intake, data entry, and documentation of operational activities
• Assist with any other coordination or operational support duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Proficient in email communication and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service support
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good organisational and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations will be an advantage
