Capital Management & Treasury

• Manage the firm’s capital and cash resources to optimize risk-adjusted returns.
• Support capital markets investment activities by applying derivatives for hedging and yield enhancement.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements to ensure liquidity.
• Prepare performance reports and internal dashboards to track capital deployment and returns.
• Coordinate with banks, brokers, and counterparties on account operations, trade settlements, and documentation.

Asset & Wealth Management

• Provide administrative and analytical support for asset management related to the firm’s principals/shareholders and related parties.
• Assist in tracking portfolios, maintaining records, and generating reports across financial assets.
• Coordinate with external professionals such as banks, lawyers, property managers, and tax advisors for internal asset matters.

Research & Risk Monitoring

• Conduct market, asset class, and investment product research to inform the firm’s investment decisions.
• Assist in due diligence and performance reviews of investment products held by the firm.
• Track risk exposures including market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks, and escalate issues to senior team members.
• Prepare research notes and internal briefing materials to support decision-making.

General Support Across the Firm

• Contribute to administrative, operational, and ad hoc tasks to support firm operations.
• Initiate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the firm’s lean structure.
• Support internal compliance and audit-related activities as required.
