Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)

A highly-motivated individual that can coordinate safety work at project site, and lead foremen and workers to overcome daily operations challenges.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Liaise with client on work and time schedule, material & equipment storage space and sub-mission of essential documents & other safety issues.
• Prepare daily work permit, tool box meeting & other forms required on site.
• Conduct briefing and ensure the workers follow Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure & Emergency Procedure.
• Arrange workers for SIC.
• Check equipment and machines are in good condition to perform work.
• Ensuring appropriate sites rules and welfare facilities are in place.
• Carry our daily and regularly inspection of job site(s) allocated.
• Motivate and maintain team members to forge an ideal team working environment.
• Update all job progress, monitor & record all materials consumption for each individual projects & update Project Manager weekly.

(B) General :

• Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety:

• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• GCE ‘O’ Level, ITE, Diploma or equivalent.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Strong in Persuasion, Service oriented, Client relationship and People Management.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Carry out assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
• Excellent time management, organization and coordination skills.

(C) Experience :

• Preferably with minimum 2 years' relevant working experiences in related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
