About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to support our estate planning, trust administration, and fiduciary services practice.
This is a structured development role designed to groom candidates into well-rounded practitioners in trust and estate services. The successful candidate will undergo cross-functional training across at least two departments, gaining hands-on exposure to both trust and estate planning as well as administration.
You will work closely with clients and professional advisors to deliver end-to-end estate and succession planning solutions, with exposure to wills, trusts, and wealth succession advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and administering wills, trusts and related estate planning documents
- Support estate and trust administration, including asset collection, transfers and beneficiary distributions
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries and external professionals (lawyers, tax advisors, financial planners, etc.)
- Manage client enquiries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Maintain accurate client records, conduct due diligence, and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely completion of administrative and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
- Manage a portfolio of estate planning and trust administration cases
- Prior experience in administrative roles is an advantage.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
- Prior experience in egal, banking, wealth management, insurance or client servicing preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in estate planning and trust services are welcome

- Schedule: 5-Day Work Week

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month
