We are a company where our core business is estate planning services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate posting to the general ledger;
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of records;
- Prepare monthly management reports and assist with the timely submission of quarterly GST filings;
- Generate, process, and issue invoices promptly upon completion of engagements;
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.
- Assist auditors during the audit process by providing relevant documents and explanations when required.
Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and accounting software such as Xero;
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and analytical skills;
- Proactive, responsible, and effective in problem-solving;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
