As the face of our brand, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer experiences while ensuring all customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
As a Floor Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with the Company's policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supervise and lead the Front of House team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the outlet is adequately staffed and coordinate daily shift assignments, breaks, and manpower deployment.
- Monitor service standards and ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and professional service at all times.
- Manage customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee the accurate processing and packing of all dine-in, takeaway, in-house delivery, GrabFood, food delivery platform, and TikTok Shop orders to minimise errors and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient order preparation and timely fulfilment, particularly during high-volume service periods.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the dining area, service counters, and front-of-house workstations.
- Conduct regular checks on product quality, food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials, beverages, front-of-house supplies, and consumables, and report shortages promptly.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling, outlet security, daily reconciliation, and operational reporting.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, workplace safety requirements, and all Company SOPs.
- Train, coach, and mentor Front of House team members to improve performance, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work performance, and report disciplinary matters to Management when required.
- Maintain a positive working environment by motivating the team and fostering effective communication between Front of House and Kitchen operations.
- Assist Management in implementing operational improvements, promotional campaigns, and new procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports, incident reports, stock reports, and other documentation as required.
- Be prepared to support both Front of House and Kitchen operations whenever business needs require.
- Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or projects assigned by the Company from time to time.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
