The Warehouse Online is responsible for supporting the daily fulfillment of online orders across multiple e-commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. This role manages order processing through the PayRecon system, verifies inventory, prepares shipping labels, and ensures customer orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management (OMS)

• Operate the PayRecon Order Management System (OMS) to process daily online

orders.

• Verify order details, allocate inventory, and ensure stock availability.
• Perform stock verification and report any inconsistencies.

2. Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Operate the PayRecon Warehouse Management System (WMS) to print shipping labels and manage order processing.
• Monitor problem orders, identify out-of-stock items, and ensure order information is

accurate.

3. Shipping & Order Fulfillment

• Print and prepare 300+ or more shipping labels daily before the courier cut-off time.
• Distribute shipping labels to the picking team and coordinate timely order processing.
• Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

4. Quality Control & Dispatch

• Ensure all parcels pass Quality Control (QC) before shipment.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure parcels are dispatched on time to meet marketplace and courier cut-off times.

5. Operational Support

• Maintain accurate system records and inventory updates.
• Follow warehouse SOPs and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant warehouse is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work overtime during peak operational periods, including Double Digit sales campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12), Payday campaigns, and other promotional events as required.
• Must be willing to work a 6-day work week, with 1 day off on either Sunday or Wednesday.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
