Sunton Power Hiring! Full Time Sales Team Leader in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

TL Responsibilities will include:

Taking ownership of client acquisition in AU markets through email,
Telephone and social media; working with the sales team to develop targeted monthly sales strategies;
Maintaining and implementing good relationships with new and existing customers; liaising and communicating with customers;
Leading a full-time sales team and marketing interns;
track daily calls, emails, social outreach and CRM updates;
KPI assessment minimum 3-4 sales per week;
KPI daily assessment must be complete daily of 60 sent out emails; 20 pick up’s call and 60 data filtering per day;
Work with the manager to optimise scripts and lift conversion rates.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
