The company is a reputable Construction Company that offers a multitude of specialty in the main sectors of healthcare renovation, interior design cabinetry works, building construction, and maintenance services. It has been growing rapidly over the years and currently it has emerged in the medical supply trading industry, hence, it is now seeking a passionate Procurement Executive (Junior) to join the big family. As part of the company, you will work with its procurement team and support operations and administrative works.

Responsibilities:

• Keeps up to date on the company's needs in order-to-order supplies whenever necessary
• Assist in purchasing duties such as searching for sources and compare quotations
• Prepares reports and communicates with Senior Purchaser about offered prices on products to obtain final approval for purchases
• Handle paperwork, data entry, maintain proper documentation records, and filling system
• Perform checking and verification on all invoices and handover to accounts department
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Additional Information/ Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/UEC/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent
• Preferably candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too)
• A good team player and willing to learn
