The company is a reputable Restaurant Chain & Food Supplier established in 1999. With over two decades of excellence, it has been serving great food and expanding rapidly to meet high market demand. It is currently seeking a dedicated Junior Buyer to join the expanding team. As part of the company, you will collaborate closely with management to oversee procurement activities, source quality supplies, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost‑effective purchasing that supports the company’s operations.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and reliability
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
• Ensure timely procurement of food, beverages, and other operational supplies
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports
• Collaborate with management to align procurement with business needs

Additional Information/ Requirement:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• With 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in F&B or retail
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
