Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.
• Monitor production quality performance and investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead and support internal audits, customer audits, and external certification audits.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, inspection standards, and quality reports.
• Analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities to enhance product quality and process capability.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and qualification activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (if applicable), customer requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools and methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, EMS, or precision manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic results and internship experience in quality engineering are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of quality management systems and quality control methodologies.
• Experience in customer complaint handling, CAPA, and quality improvement projects is an added advantage.
• Familiar with statistical analysis and quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, Fishbone Diagram, and 5 Why.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant quality standards is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
