JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a creative and multi-skilled Junior Multimedia Designer to join our agency team.

You’ll be responsible for producing visually compelling content across various formats – combining video production, motion graphics, and visual design to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit both short-form and long-form video content, from concept to final delivery.
• Motion Graphics: Design and integrate animation, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Visual Design: Create graphics, key visuals, posters, and digital assets that align with project goals and brand direction.
• Creative Execution: Deliver content suitable for diverse platforms, including presentations, websites, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Creative Contribution: Participate in brainstorming sessions and support the development of visual concepts and creative strategies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience in video production and editing: A solid understanding of the video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, is necessary.
• Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics.
• Good sense of design, layout, color, and typography.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Lightroom, or basic 3D software is an advantage.
