Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounts)

Location: USJ 1, Subang Jaya
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site)
Salary: RM3,500 – RM6,500 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a capable and dependable Accounts Executive to take ownership of our accounting operations and contribute to the success of our finance team. What You'll Be Doing

• Handle full sets of accounts independently.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Process supplier invoices, customer billings, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare SST submissions and other statutory reports where applicable.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and government authorities.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow reports.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Support continuous improvements in accounting processes and internal controls.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and Malaysian accounting standards.
• Experience using accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL Accounting, UBS, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Good understanding of SST and Malaysian tax requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Positive attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
• Experience in audit or handling multiple entities will be an added advantage.
