Job Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Produce high-quality photos and videos showcasing jewellery collections, new arrivals, promotions, and festive campaigns.
• Film and edit short-form videos, including Reels, TikTok videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Work closely with the sales team to feature products, customer experiences, and in-store activities.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and create content that increases brand awareness and engagement.
• Write creative captions and assist in planning monthly content calendars.
• Manage social media postings according to the marketing schedule.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.
• Coordinate with influencers or content collaborators when required.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and image.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.
• Passion for social media, photography, videography, and storytelling.
• Proficient in video editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and directing video shoots when required.
• Creative with a good sense of aesthetics, especially for jewellery and fashion content.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and current social media trends.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in a retail showroom environment and during festive campaigns or promotional events when required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Basic photography and lighting knowledge.
• Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics is an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil, or Mandarin is an added advantage.
