• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, requesting proposals and conducting market research to build a reliable vendor base.
• Negotiation & Purchasing: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) while ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
• Vendor Management: Maintain strong supplier relationships and continually evaluate vendor performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels and drive cost optimization initiatives to reduce spend without compromising operational efficiency.
• Data & Compliance: Track spending, maintain accurate procurement records, and reconcile delivery receipts against supplier invoices.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
