Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
Working Days: 6 working days, 1 rest day
Location: B-3-5, Puncak Hijauan, Jalan Pintar, Sungai Tangkas, 43000 Kajang, Selangor

Job Description

RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Video Editor.

This role is responsible for planning, producing, and editing engaging digital content that strengthens brand awareness and supports marketing campaigns. You will create compelling videos, develop creative concepts, and ensure content remains relevant with the latest social media trends.

The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, comfortable using video editing software, and enjoys producing content that connects with online audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Plan and produce engaging video content for social media platforms.
• Conduct both indoor and outdoor video shoots based on content planning.
• Develop content that aligns with the company's branding, marketing campaigns, and business objectives.

2. Video Editing

• Edit videos using editing software following current social media trends.
• Enhance videos with captions, music, transitions, visual effects, and other creative elements.
• Ensure all video content is high-quality, engaging, and optimized for digital platforms.

3. Copywriting & Script Development

• Write creative scripts and compelling copy for social media content.
• Develop concepts, storylines, and content ideas that effectively communicate marketing messages.
• Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the company's branding.

4. Content Planning

• Prepare and manage content schedules based on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is published according to schedule.
• Continuously recommend fresh content ideas to improve audience engagement and reach.

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Creative Media, or a related field.
2) Experience in content creation and video editing is an added advantage.
3) Creative with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
4) Basic copywriting and scriptwriting skills are highly preferred.
5) Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
