Job Positon : Clerk Account

Qualification

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Starting salary RM2,000.00
• Proficiency in accounting software, such SQL accounting system

JOB DUTIES

• Processing and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ledger accounts in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
• Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
• Reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies
• Data entry and updating accounting software systems with financial information
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Filing and organising financial documents and supporting records
• Responding to customer and principal's enquiries regarding accounts and payments
• Supporting the senior accounting staff with various administrative and accounting tasks
• Ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
