Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
- Assist with filing and general tasks
- Assist in attending to workers' enquiries daily
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll documentation
- Assist in distributing uniforms to production staff and maintain the records
- Provide support and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Have basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel), HR software, etc., will be an added advantage
- Having at least 1-2 years of working experience will be an added advantage
- Contract-based position for 6 months
- Possess own transportation to work at Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya (Nearest public transport is KTM station- Dato' Harun)
