Key Responsibilities

• Research and source travel components, including hotels, meals, transportation, and tour guides, based on sales team requirements.
• Prepare accurate, competitive, and customized quotations for clients in Japan and Southeast Asia.
• Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored travel itineraries.
• Respond promptly and professionally to travel-related enquiries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tour-related queries, ensuring smooth coordination and communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Support management with ad-hoc assignments, projects, and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin language skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, proactive, and adaptable with a strong team-player mindset.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
