Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve operational and service performance goals.
• Monitor team productivity and provide guidance to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls related to billing, payment follow-ups, account inquiries, and collection activities.
• Ensure customer concerns are resolved professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and support the team in resolving customer issues effectively.
• Work closely with internal departments, including the Billing team and other stakeholders, to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Track team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
• Support daily operations and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in customer service, collections, contact center, or other customer-facing environments.
• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory position is highly preferred.
• Business-level proficiency in Tagalog and English
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other common business applications.
• Able to work onsite during regular day shift working hours.
