West Malayan Group Hiring! Full Time Office Admin Merchandiser in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Duties:

a. Take picture at every outlet visiting, auditing, ordering, display goods, warehouse stocks at the retails, hypermarkets and wholesale outlets using timestamp app. Immediately send taken pictures in the designated WhatsApp group.

b. Get cop signs from the buyer of each outlet visited, and must be posted in WhatsApp group and completion of each outlet through timestamp app. The hard copy of chop sign documents must be submitted to management every week or as per required.

c. Update management of competitor activities / price amendments.

d. Collect payment as required.

e. Always actively engage buyers for new orders.

f. Conduct promotional activities like renting block displays, GE, trade offers, sampling with management approval to clear stocks.

g. Participate in account opening, new listings or taking orders if required.

h. Appoint distributor, manage distributor, and obtain sales data and SOH.

i. Liaise with distributor for all relevant works to ensure smooth sales process.

j. Ensure there are enough stocks at distributors and update employer of all irregularities if exist.

k. Make plans to achieve sales target and discuss with management the plans.

l. Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets and quotas.

m. Monitor and lead sales performance, sell in, sell out and adjust strategies to achieve goals.

n. Record customer orders accurately and process them in a timely manner.

o. Coordinate with logistics or inventory teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

p. Provide feedback to the company on customer needs or product improvements.

q. Assist in setting up in-store displays, standees, or promotional materials.

r. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.

s. Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.

t. Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategy development.

u. Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

v. Perform payments collection checking and finance related tasks.

w. Manage Sales Executives hiring, training, plan calls, targets, performance and meetings.

x. Submit reports required by employer on timely manner.

y. Conduct auditing to outlets to ensure operations are as per planned.

z. Check CN and report to management for approval. Create CN according to deductions and SQL code (back margins, live funding, ADM, DC), create CN for returns (above RM100 need confirmations), create invoices for TF or any other outlet if any.

aa. Plan, execute and monitor promotions and sampling to clear out stocks.

bb. Handle trade offer, GE, Block display, standees and power wings.

cc. Must handle customer maintenance, new customer creation in SQL, new customer registration form, E-invoice / E-payment details, SKU details with barcode.

dd. Outright invoice for Mydin, AEON, AEON Big, Giant, Lotus.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
