Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, and expense claims
- Responsible for payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submission
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, and company secretary
- Ensure proper documentation and filing
- Assist in budget and cash flow monitoring
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 1 years experience handling full set accounts
- Familiar with accounting software
- Knowledge in basic tax matters
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
