Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations, lead and supervise operational teams including project engineers, technicians, technical support staff, subcontractors, and administration support.
• Ensure projects and service activities are completed according to SLA, timeline, quality, and safety standards.
• Plan manpower deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
• Manage customer escalations and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Support business growth activities including maintenance contracts, modernization projects, repair services, and tender submissions.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, KPI achievement, and workforce utilization.
• Conduct safety audits, toolbox meetings, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOP.
• Control operational expenses, subcontractor costs, and resource utilization.
• Travelling outstation when required.

Strong experience in:

• Elevator installation
• Elevator maintenance & servicing
• Lift modernization projects
