At The Upper Room, we believe great spaces bring people together. We're looking for a warm, energetic, and people-oriented Community & Hospitality Manager to create an exceptional experience for our members and guests while ensuring our co-working café runs smoothly every day.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage members and visitors with genuine hospitality.
• Build a vibrant and supportive community by connecting people and fostering collaboration.
• Oversee the daily operations and presentation of the co-working space.
• Conduct tours, onboard new members, and support membership growth.
• Plan and host networking events, workshops, and community activities.
• Coordinate with the café team, vendors, and partners to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Handle member enquiries, feedback, and day-to-day operational matters.

What We're Looking For

• A people person with a passion for hospitality and community building.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, events, co-working, cafés, or serviced offices is an advantage.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
