• Planning, execution and delivery of key projects from conception to completion. • Work with stakeholders to define project / change request scope and detailed requirements. • Design, development and implementation of ETL related workflows and mappings based on user requirement. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and performance issues in production environment. • Manage incident and problem tickets, ensuring timely resolution. • Document and maintain technical documentation like Design Specifications, Interface Design Descriptions, Transformation Rules and Data Mappings.

• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning through execution and implementation, focusing on the integration of source systems into the Moody’s Analytics platform. Work directly with the business stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into detailed technical specifications and project plans. Act as primary liaison with vendors engaged to manage their deliverables and work output. • System Enhancement & Development: Design, development and implementation of the enhancement required. • Leading and mentoring the team: Provide structured mentorship, guidance, and oversight to strengthen technical, delivery, and governance capabilities. Set clear expectations, roles, and standards, and reinforce them through continuous coaching and review. Develop team capability through knowledge sharing, coaching, and exposure to complex initiatives. Embed best practices in system design, data processing, documentation, and delivery governance. Drive ownership and accountability within the team to enable timely issue resolution and escalation. • Support and Maintenance: System issues / bugs reported being resolved on time. Ensure the application latest patches installed and tested. Perform periodic system maintenance. Ensure system uptime and meeting SLA.

• Bachelor’s degree in information system engineering / computer science. • Proven hands-on experience in ETL design, development and architecture (using Informatica PowerCenter 10.x). • Experience working directly on Moody’s Analytics data products and platform (e.g.: Risk Authority, Risk Foundation, Risk Confidence, etc). • Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles. • Excellent knowledge of relational databases, PL/SQL and ORM technologies. • Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
